Everest Nutrition's Krill Oil Review & Giveaway

Once upon a time, I knew nothing about vitamins and supplements. As an individual and as a family unit, we've made changes to live a natural lifestyle over the last several years. One of the supplements I've most recently added to my regimen is krill oil. After reading about the benefits of it, I decided it would be a great supplement to take to help my body heal postpartum. I am now a little over three weeks postpartum and my recovery has been absolutely wonderful.

Before I had Hallie, I received my own supply of Everest Nutrition's Krill Oil. The Omega-3 fatty acids that are in krill oil can help with heart health, joint pain, moodiness, lower cholesterol, menstrual issues, and even improve your ability to focus on tasks. What attracted me to taking this supplement the most was the fact that it could help with joint pain. Those of you who followed my pregnancy know that I suffered from symphysis pubis dysfunction and was making several trips to the chiropractor. My body feels much, much better than it did before. Krill Oil being added to the other vitamins and supplements that I take has definitely helped.

I must add that I find the Krill Oil capsules to be easier to take than fish oil capsules. I did not like the aftertaste of fish oil capsules. This supplement is also so important for my husband to take as he has a congenital heart condition and this supplement does improve cardiovascular health.

Of course, before you take this product, you should speak with your health care provider to ensure that it is right for you. You can learn more about this product at KrillOil.com
