Spring is finally coming and for allergy suffers like myself, we can find all natural relief with Rootology. This is a natural supplement that provides immediate relief for allergy sufferers.

As a breastfeeding mom, I have to be careful what sort of allergy medications I take. Some allergy medications have been known to lower milk supply. This is part of why I was excited to find a natural supplement. After discussing Rootology with my lactation consultant who is very knowledgeable in homeopathy, I decided that this supplement is something I was comfortable taking.

Since I live in the Midwest, the temperatures have been up and down here. It was -8 degrees Fahrenheit a week ago and as of this review, it's nearly 60 degree Fahrenheit! The temperatures fluctuating like this wrecks havoc on my allergies. After taking Rootology over a few days, I've noticed a huge difference in how I feel.

Rootology had a lot of herbs in it that I wasn't familiar with, which is why I talked over the ingredients with my lactation consultant. There are 13 concentrated herbal extracts in Rootology that are known to help with various allergy and sinus symptoms. My favorite in it and the one I am most familiar with is Angelica Root. Little did I know it's good for sinus headaches and pressure. You can read more about the ingredients of Rootology,

If you're looking for a different way to get allergy and sinus relief, this is a product I recommend checking out. You can order Rootology on Amazon or at RootologyHealth.com. You can also search the website to find a store near you that sells it

  6. Hi Just checking in to see how this is working for you and your baby? I was using this product back before I got pregnant and I LOVED it. I have severe allergies and this has worked better than anything i've tried over the past 10+ years. However, when I was pregnant, I called the company to ask about safety during pregnancy and they said they weren't sure. I decided to stop taking it. However, now I am breastfeeding and taking nettle but it isn't strong enough for my allergies. I was so happy to come across your reveiw. I am just wondering if you are still taking it and if everything is still fine with it?

    1. Hi Laylah! You know, my allergies actually haven't been a problem this year, so I haven't had to take anything. I'm also pregnant (30 weeks along), so I'm not sure if it is indeed pregnancy safe. I see a holistic midwife and would definitely run the ingredients by her. I'll let you know what she says! I can tell you if I weren't pregnant, I would definitely be taking it because it helped me so much last year.
