Best Ever Baby Free Birth Planning Guide

As I'm about two weeks from having my fifth child, there's a lot I've learned about child birth over the years. It doesn't matter if you give birth at home or in the hospital, are high or low risk, are a first time or fifth time mom...you should educate yourself on the birth process, possible interventions, and make a birth plan.

Kim Walls has worked with 18 experts and professionals to create her free eBook and Birth Planning Guide. I love her eBook because it covers so much! She talks about a lot of great organic birth products for mom and baby to use in the postpartum period like essential oils, balms to help ease postpartum discomfort, and more.

These free birth and baby planning guides are wonderful. Kim has worked to provide over 50,000 free all-natural resource kits to major hospitals and birthing centers all over the United States. By the end of 2015, she hopes to have given out over 100,000 kits!

I think my favorite topics covered include breastfeeding advice and what to expect in the postpartum period. No one told me how much I'd bleed when I was 20-years-old and having my first baby! I really wish I had been exposed to this information years ago, because it's so beneficial to know these things ahead of time. Oh, and I love that she even has activities included for siblings since we have four other kids to think about as I recooperate!

You can download her eBook, birth planning guide, and hospital bag checklist here. Please be sure to check everyone out, because this is an amazing FREE resource that is just jam packed with all sorts of amazing information.
