One of the biggest factors in our family’s lifestyle is using natural remedies whenever possible. Some of the things I am adamant about during cold and flu season is cleaning house, having the children adjusted by our chiropractor to boost immune system function, and taking elderberry daily. Reboost Nasal Spray has proven to be a good addition to what we already use.

Recently, we had a death in the family and at the same time, everyone got the stomach flu. A few days later, most of us in the family developed a sinus infection. My poor husband and I were running on such little sleep that our immune systems were not functioning at an optimal level, so we got the worst of it. Yesterday, my husband was still suffering from a headache and sinus pressure. I told him to try some lemon essential oil and then use the Reboot Nasal Spray we received. He felt relief after using it almost immediately and we were able to go on with our day and put up the Christmas tree!

It’s good to know what is in every product that you use. Out of eight active ingredients, five are natural ingredients. Here’s a breakdown of what’s in Reboost Nasal Spray. The X after each number of the dilution of the homeopathic ingredient.  You can read more about that on Reboost’s website by clicking here. Reboost also has an FAQ document which you can use to inform yourself more about this product.

  • Argentum nitricum 10X (relieves nasal itching)
  • Euphorbium officinarum 4X (relieve sneezing)
  • Hepar sulphuris calcareum 10X (relieves nasal soreness)
  • Luffa operculata 2X (relieves nasal congestion)
  • Mercurius iodatus ruber 8X (relieves sinus pain)

Homeopathic health remedies work so well for our family. We do believe that medicine is important, but should not be used in excess. In fact, FDA warned recently that acetaminophen has been associated with a risk of rare but serious skin reactions that can be fatal. These reactions can occur with first-time use of acetaminophen or at any time while it is being taken. New research shows that use of homeopathic medicines has increased by 44 percent from 2007-2012. In addition, a study conducted by the University of New Mexico Medical School found that homeopathy appeared to be at least as effective as conventional medical care in the treatment of patients with upper and lower respiratory complaints, allergies and ear complaints. More U.S. consumers are looking for an effective alternative to conventional medicines and are turning to homeopathic medicines to deliver symptom relief with fewer side effects.[i]
