Scripture Sunday

Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” (NIV)

This verse means a lot to me in this season of our lives. In a way, we feel like our family is in transition. We’re relying on God to show us what is next in our life. To our surprise, both of us felt lead to go back to school. For me, it is to help run our side business. And for my husband, it is so he can further his career. As the months go by, I’m sure we’ll know more as God reveals His plan for us!

Hi there. We are new followers from the April Bloghop. We'd appreciate your follow-back too. 😉

I'm a former public school teacher and seriously considering home/virtual school for my girls. I'm wondering if the transition for my 3rd grader would be a huge challenge? She's not a big social butterfly, more of an introvert and intellect. She gets along with everyone at school and has many friends, but is sort of lost and overwhelmed in the class. Not to mention that the schools here are a huge disappointment instruction-wise. Basically, sit in quiet straight rows and work on worksheets all day. Not the kind of student-centered responsive teaching I believe in. We have several posts coming up about options for education. Looking forward to hearing more on this from you.
