Welcome to The Babywearing Workout giveaway! I’m really excited to be working with Kelli Roschak, the creator of The Babywearing Workout, to award 3 (yes! 3!) winners a downloaded copy of her babywearing workout routine.
The Babywearing Workout was designed with moms in mind! We’re busy, our babies need us, and we’re busy (did I say that one already?). Kelli has combined babywearing with the workout that you’ve all be looking for to shed some of that post pregnancy weight, or to just firm up a little bit.
A couple tips before your first babywearing workout:
- Use a carrier that allows for free range of motion – a soft structured carrier, mei tai, or a woven wrap will work well. Anything that would limit one arm like a ring sling would not be recommended.
- Be comfortable using your carrier before trying this workout routine.
- Always be aware of your baby while working out and feel free to stop to attend to her needs.
