Throw a BeadforLife Mother’s Day Party

I received a free product in order to facilitate this review.

BeadforLife is a non-profit organization giving women the tools and the means to empower their lives.
By hosting a BeadForLife Mother’s Day party, you can make a different in the lives of women in Uganda experiencing extreme poverty. These party kits include at least three of their newest products. The Mother’s Day Party Pack includes the following:
  • New Tendo line of necklaces and bracelets
  • New Shea Nilotico Tubes – 100% East African Shea Butter
  • New Akora Shoulder Bags in bright, poppy fabrics
  • Kibbo Baskets woven with hopes and dreams
  • 10 Mother’s Day cards to share with moms who inspire
Hosting a party is simple. If you’re involved in any sort of church, moms group, or  other organization, these are a great Mother’s Day event. The kit will come with the items above, plus a DVD and other informational materials you can display at your party. These items come to you on consignment. The items available for guests to purchase at inexpensive, priced at $4 to $28. Anything that goes unsold, you simply return in a pre-paid envelope included in your party kit.
BeadForLife makes party planning a breeze. I also love that BeadForLife includes resources for party hosts. There are printable invitations, e-mail invitations, and flyer that can be customized to your needs. In addition to this, there’s a price list and even a way to take credit cards for purchases at your tent or table.
While hosting a BeadForLife Mother’s Day party can be fun, it is also very rewarding. The Beading Program in Uganda is an 18 month program in which groups of women are taught how to roll beads to create this beautiful jewelery. This creates a sustainable income for women in impoverished areas. Their income is increased 7 to 10 times by going through this program. You can read more about BeadForLife’s work.
Signing up is simple. Simply follow this link to register for your BeadForLife Mother’s Day party. Be sure to sign up by May 2nd in order to receive your kit on time!

That's a really cool idea. I love that it goes for a good cause! We live in a small apartment for now, though. :-/

What a great idea for a very worthwhile cause. I will keep this in mind for my next 'ladies' meeting.
